Refund Policy

To claim manufacture warranty (if any provided), the item must proven to be defective not by human causes. Failure of this, a repair or exchange may be rejected of the item. Please understand this before inquiring. Contact us and we will gladly help you process!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or repair under warranty. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a return slip initially. If you are shipping to manufacture, you will be responsible for initial shipping cost up front however method you choose. We advise tracking and insurance as we are not held responsible once in postal carrier hands.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy last 7 days from receiving item. If refund is desired, item must be in salable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If item is not in salable condition, your refund may be partial or rejected depending on the condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus shipping and re-stocking fee.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If item is wrong size or not as described, we will ship you a replacement.

Postal Delivery (if applicable) - We are not responsible for lost package once it leaves post office. We provide tracking on every order to help you follow the shipment. No signatures are required on delivery, so if you do not find your package at destination please check the following:

  • Nearby bushes, shrubs, or any object blocking plain view of parcel. Sometimes postal service will try to ensure package is not visible in plain site for your protection of theives.
  • If item is small enough for mailbox or postal box, please check with your neighbor's to see if they received by accident. 
  • If you have a mail holder, please check with whom handles your incoming mail to see if they placed item somewhere else.
  • Check with local postal carrier as the item may have been brought back to postal office by mail carrier or another recipient who could have received it by accident. Sometimes, your package is there for pickup.

It's important to check shipping address to ensure accuracy as we cant be held accountable once shipped. If you noticed a mistake in your shipping address, contact us right away so we can help try fixing before being delivered in the wrong hands. You can always file a claim with the postal service if you are certain none of the above applies to you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
