Q. How do I receive tracking information?
A. Once your shipping slip is printed and tagged, we email/text you that your order is on it's way! You can click links provided in email to track progress.
Q. How long is shipping?
A. Free delivery will typically be 2-4 weeks depending on country of origin and time of season.
Q. I just placed order and received shipment notification, yet tracking page is empty.
A. Please allow 48-72 hours from initial order date to see your first update. First time tracking takes a bit to feed through.
Q. It's been about 7 days since order and appears tracking page is not updating the progress of package.
A. The very first week can be slow while system works for you. Typically, local postal service will provide frequent updates once shipment reaches country of origin.
Q. Can I be notified of progress so I dont have to keep checking tracking?
A. Yes, once you input required info on our Track Order page. At the top of page, click "Get notified by email" box and you will get updates via email at address used during checkout process.
Q. I dont like the product, can I return it?
A. Yes, we have 30day money back grace period. Buyer has to pay shipping to send product back to seller in factory condition. Approval must be made prior.
Q. My item was delivered broken or defective.
A. Oh no! Please take pictures and/or send back to seller for replacement. Seller pays shipping fees.
